up with you if you questions or a maintenence issue to ensure the job was done professionally and the issue was fixed. It's truly a blessing to have the entire apartment staff that are professional, kind, and sweet. The new manager Rebeca is very nice as well and and always speaks to everyone that walks in. All of the leasing agents are awesome as well (Ivette, Jose, and I believe her name is Jasmine). The maintenence staff is clean, nice, and professional the few times that they had to come to my unit, they made sure they were careful with everything and that the issue was fixed before leaving. I had a minor repair in my unit and Paul was awesome and he made sure everything was repaired and put back carefully before leaving. I've had no pest issues or anything of that nature in my 4 years at The Davenport. Parking is great and no hassels when trying to get a parking pass for your visitors, and they offer carports at a very low monthly cost. The Davenport is pet friendly apartments as well, my Nestlé loves going on walks and North Bark dog park is minutes away for your fur baby to run leash free and socialize with other dogs.Best of all the location of The Davenport is 5 stars by itself! Literally the best of both worlds, a street over from Addison with the cities best resturants, stores, entertainment, and a min away from the Galleria in North Dallas. I would highly recommend moving to The Davenport.

had a leak in my roof they acted very quickly there is a bug problem but all old apartments have them the staff are extremely nice it's hard to get someone on the phone sometimes but they're busy stop by the office and they're more than willing to help you always with a kind smile on their face I would recommend this apartment to anyone that is looking so far I've had a great experience few things here and there but isn't that everywhere overall I would give them all a ten ,Yasmin was my original lease agent very kind lovely woman she helped me get everything done quickly and explained everything perfectly they're a mishaps in all places where you live in an apartment situation overall like I said I would give them all a ten,Jose is sweet always there to help the beautiful young lady who's always changing her hair color awesome personality I would have to say overall experience for these apartments is a 10 sure there's going to be things wrong from time to time but I do believe that they do try their best to give you a overall 10 experience thank you Davenport looking forward to signing another years lease

I love my apartment. My neighbors are sweet. The staff is sooo professional. Maintenance is on top of the game. I put in ... a work order for two thing they were complete within 2 hrs. Great location, good quality and not too expansive
It is only my second apartment in the USA since I moved here from France. Prices are not very high compare to what you get. ... Apartments are spacious, are all equipped and the location is great. 2min off 635 and the tollway is right on the side. Addison is 2min away. In my previous apartment, it was really noisy and the community was not good at all. Here I don't really here neighbours. Maintenance requests are taken care quickly. Great Location
I absolutely love the location of the apartment, it is within close proximity to all my needs, maintenance is quite responsive ... which is good, I am totally disgusted with the nasty tenants who refuse to pick up after their animals, at this point I'm so annoyed with it, I am strongly considering moving out from this complex, it's disgusting to walk around and see animal waste around you especially when there are bins provided by the facility for disposal of same. The apartment itself is nice and spacious my only issue is the(kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures are really old and needs to be updated, again reason # 2 , that I am considering moving. Great Place!
I've been at Davenport for over 4 years now and love it. I have a fantastic floor plan and was lucky to get a great location. ... I'm less than a mile from work, movies, & tons of eating places. The office staff is very friendly & respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I wish you could sign longer leases than 13 months because my only issue is your rent gets raised quite a bit every single year and if that keeps happening I may not be able to afford it anymore. Not a bad place to live
The apartments are located very nicely to a ton of shops and restaurants. The layout of the apartments are also very nice ... and make it feel more like a home rather than an apartment. My only gripes are with the office staff. The first time you go in and sign the lease they make you feel warm and welcomed. After that they act like you are an inconvince and should have stayed out. They should take some more pride in the upkeep of the apartments. You can tell they don't bother to tape before painting and have bleed over all over the apartment. Family place
Davenport apartments are well cared for by the maintenance crew, they're always seen around the property cleaning up trash, ... moving unwanted furniture into the dumpsters, and always very polite when making any repairs. It's a bit different from the office staff, some are eager to invite you in and acknowledge your attendance while some could care less, but they do get repairs taken care of in a timely manner depending of urgency. Our apartment and the one next to us had an issue with flooding coming from the back patio which was not fixed by the attempt to lower the concrete in certain areas but was recognized by management who sent someone to survey the area, who suggest a drain near by. Only time will tell when or if that will happen. The other tenants near by are polite, occasional noise issues (blaring music) cease with a courteous request. There is a middle school within walking distance so it makes this a perfect location for any family with small children. Davenport recently added in a playground set for the younger children they enjoy it, but there is a problem with older kids trying to vandalize the property by throwing rocks, or noisily hanging around late at night on the weekends, and the occasional dog droppings left by the owner. Lived here for almost a year, and I do appreciate the level of care taken into updates and maintenance of the apartments, and would suggest it to anyone looking to live close to DNT without the pay outrageous prices. Great location
I love the location of these apartments. Theyre really nice and the staff is great whenever you visit the office, however, ... dont try calling because they dont seem to like answering the phone. I had a maintenance issue and had to call about 8-9 times before they answered the phone.. Maybe its the fact that theres only about 1-2 people working? Not sure. I do love my home and the convenience of it being close to everything, but that is the one flaw that really bothers me. Other than that, they're worth checking out. Great place. Great price.
I move to this place around 2 years. And I just renewed. I'm a resident of this community and been satisfied with the office ... staff, maintenance and my neighbors. The price is fair, and this place is accessible to many places to hang out. I can grilling every time i desired. (Safety and common sense). There is some irresponsible neighbors with pets who don't take their dogs to the areas designed for pets urgencys. (That happens anywhere you go). The maintenance team normally kept this place nice and clean at daily basis. Parking is average first come first serve unless you willing to get reserved space for minimum quote, like I do. Great value and location!
This Davenport is located in a great area and is an awesome deal considering the price and location. Many families reside ... in the complex and is still rather quiet. I'll occasionally hear a jet at the nearby Addison airport or some noises from Dallas North Tollway, but it's a quiet complex considering the location. The Davenport is also very close to many stores, restaurants and bars at Village on the Parkway. Overall, it's a great option for my budget and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spacious apartment in the midst of the North Dallas area.
